A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Lisa followed her dream of life at the beach and made her home in South Walton in 1980. As a thirty year resident, Lisa is uniquely qualified to locate properties for the eclectic artisan as well as those with a discerning eye for architecture. Her background includes fifteen years as a retail business owner including seven years in condominium development and commercial property management. In 1997, Lisa found her passion in luxury real estate sales. In 2006, Lisa earned a designation as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.

Royce graduated from the University of West Georgia with a B.S. in Marketing and Management. After college, he moved to Dallas, Texas for three years where he was Regional Promotion Director for American Broadcasting Corporation, in the music and television division. Then, he moved to Los Angeles, California for six years where he spent his time as Vice-President of marketing and promotion for Polygram Records, a division of the Phillips Corporation. During this time, Royce also worked as a consultant for other top record labels, including Warner Brothers, BMG, Sony, etc. Royce then opened his own company in Atlanta, Georgia. Prime Hits Marketing and Promotion was created in the early 1990’s where he was President and specialized in the consulting, marketing, and promotion. In 2003, Royce moved to the 30a/Destin area and started his career in the real estate field. Currently, Royce works at Rosemary Beach Realty in Rosemary Beach, Florida. He holds an associate broker’s license and with over 150 million in sales, Royce is also one of Rosemary’s top agents selling commercial, development, and residential real estate in Panama City Beach, 30-A, and Destin. Jan and Steve have been fulltime residents of Rosemary Beach since January 2004 and have owned homes on both the Park and Beach sides of 30-A. They are both Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associates registered with Linda Miller Broker of Rosemary Beach Realty, Inc.
Prior to establishing Team Stevens Real Estate both Jan and Steve had corporate careers in service related industries. Jan had a 20-year career selling Human Resource solutions for the Spherion Corporation as the National and then Global Sales VP until her retirement in 2002. Steve’s 35-year career with UPS (United Parcel Service) was multi-functional across Finance, Operations and Human Resources at Senior Executive Levels until his retirement in 2002.
Volunteering and serving others is their pastime. Jan works with the Rosemary Beach Foundation assisting in community events and co-founded Girls Get a Way Weekend in 2005. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Community Walton a citizen/business based organization working with our county government to make Walton County the best it can become. Steve is a member of the Board of Directors of both the Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association and the Rosemary Beach Foundation.
They enjoy living and working in Rosemary Beach and have become very involved with the people and communities along 30-A. They have an extensive group of friends and acquaintances who trust them to represent their interests whether selling property or procuring property for them. Although Thomas Gallion and his family relocated from Montgomery, Alabama two years ago, his family has owned property in South Walton since the 1950’s. His building career began in 2000 and includes commercial, custom homes, and residential renovations. His work has been nationally acclaimed in publications such as Southern Living featuring his work on a kitchen renovation as one of their top renovations that year as well as top 100 renovations in their history.
Thomas now specializes in his passion, custom coastal cottages. He was chosen by Atlanta based Benecki Homes to supervise the construction of the 2012 Coastal Living Ultimate Dream House. His meticulous eye for detail and quality made him the perfect choice to be named Project Manager for this vast project. I know you will look forward to meeting Thomas at the opening of the house on June 29, 2012 as well as hearing updates on new homes he will be building in Rosemary Beach.
