After practicing and living yoga, Melissa studied at Dragonfly Yoga in Destin and completed her teacher training. She is a 200-hour registered yoga therapist and a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. Melissa teaches in the Hatha style, and her students enjoy her personal attention, as she tailors each class to the participants and their needs on that day. Besides teaching group sessions, Melissa is available for private yoga instruction, guiding those who wish to deepen their practice. Melissa, an artist and mother of two, is a year round Rosemary Beach resident. |

Rachel is an AFAA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. After earning a B.S. in Physical Education from Southeast Missouri State University, Rachel has gained professional experience in corporate, hospital and commercial fitness center settings. She enjoyed sharing her passion for fitness education by teaching health and fitness classes at the university level. Rachel now enjoys using her experience to help others get fit.

Karen is a certified personal trainer (AFAA) and triathlon coach (USAT). An avid triathlete herself, she has completed two Ironman triathlons, and has also competed in multiple Half Ironman and Sprint distance triathlons, She qualified and is representing Team USA in the World Championship Long-Course Triathlon in Las Vegas in 2011. Karen enjoys training all types of individuals with varying goals, from those who want to improve their health and overall physical fitness to those who want to become competitive runners and triathletes. She is also skilled in developing custom, periodized training plans that include strength and agility training, plyometrics, and specialized training blocks for athletes who are sport specific ( runners, triathletes, swimmers, and cyclists). |
