Q: Are golf carts, low speed vehicles or all terrain vehicles allowed in Rosemary Beach?

A:  Effective March 1, 2014, the Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association placed a ban on all golf carts, all-terrain vehicles (ATV's), low speed vehicles (LSV's), motor scooters or similar off street vehicles with in the community.  Motorized wheelchairs and similar devices are permitted.

Q: What is included with my rental?

A: Access to all four pools, complementary access to the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club, The Rosemary Beach Fitness Center, DVD rentals, linens, pool towels, bath towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, day one starter items  (initial supply of Aveda soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, coffee filters, and creamer).

Q: Will my unit have a washer/dryer?

A: All units on the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Program are required to have a washer/dryer available for their guests to use(except the Pensione). In the event that an appliance needs to be repaired, we will work to find you access to a washer or dryer on property for temporary use.

Q:
Does my unit have a TV/DVD Player?

A: The homes will come equipped with at least one TV and DVD player. To understand how many will be in your rental home and where they are located, please contact the reservations office at 866.348.8952

Q: How do I reserve bicycles while I am at Rosemary Beach?

A: Currently, Bamboo Bicycle Company does not take reservations, however they have the largest inventory on 30A.  For Rates: Please visit www.bamboobicyclecompany.com

How do I reserve beach chairs/umbrellas?

A:  Sea Oats Beach Service provides Rosemary Beach guests with this amenity. You can do so by calling 850.951.3632. You will need to provide a credit card number and the name or location of your cottage, as well as the walk over in front of which you would like your chairs to be set up each day.

Q:
How do I check-in if I arrive after office hours?

A: The Late Arrival box is located to the left of the Cottage Rental office door. Please call the after hours phone number (850.278.2032) if you need the code. Inside the box will hold your welcome packet, parking pass, map, and keys to your property. You will need to come to the office the next day to finish with your check in procedures. Please contact the front desk prior to close of business to let us know your late arrival plans. 

Q: Can I bring my pet with me to Rosemary Beach? Can I bring it on the beach?

A: Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company does have several pet-friendly homes. A pet deposit fee is required in addition to the reservation. (1-10lbs $100, 11-25lbs $150, 26lbs-40lbs $200, and 40lbs and up $250) Pets are prohibited in homes that are not designated as "pet-friendly". Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

Q: If the weather is predicted to be bad during my stay, will I receive a refund?

A: Refunds are not given due to inclement weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued by the National Weather Service. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, only the unused portion of your stay will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for voluntary evacuations.

Q: I have paid my 50% deposit, when is the remaining balance due?

A: 
The remaining portion of the balance is due upon check-in.

Q: What is the cancellation policy? 

A: 
Should the need to cancel arise outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for any reason, you will forfeit 10% of your deposit plus the $79 reservation fee. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, for any reason, the entire deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable. If you shorten the length of your stay within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the rate of the cancelled nights. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours after making the reservation, otherwise the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Any change in accommodation, length or date of stay will be subject to the cancellation policy above. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Q: Where can I reserve cribs, hi-chairs, etc. during my stay?

A: We offer those services and will have them at your cottage upon request. Cribs and high chairs are available for $10/day or $60/week. Baby gates and bed rails are also available for $10/day or $60/week. Q: Can I rent a cottage for less than 7 nights?

A:
Certain cottages can be rented for less than 7 nights. Please contact our reservations office for a list of these cottages by calling 877.704.1187.

Q: Where can I have packages shipped while I'm staying at Rosemary Beach?

Q: Is there a Business Center in Rosemary Beach?

A: No, but  faxes can be sent to and from our Cottage Rental front office. The fax number is 850.278.2030. A computer with internet access is also available for use at this same location.

Q: Where can I access Wi-Fi while I'm in Rosemary Beach?

A: Several of our cottages will provide internet access, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, that service can be interrupted, Amavida Coffee and Cowgirl Kitchen are two locations that offer complementary Wi-Fi in Rosemary Beach.

Q: What address can I put in my GPS to get directions to Rosemary Beach?

A: Since Rosemary Beach is a fairly new development, its address often cannot be recognized in some GPS. You can try the following addresses to help locate our Cottage Rental Office:

Q: Can I have an early check in?

A: Check in time begins at 4PM CST and can run as late as 8PM CST. If you do arrive before the normal check in time and your home is ready for arrival, you may check into your home early. Otherwise, we can allow access to the beaches and pools, obtain a contact phone number and call you once your cottage has been called in clean. We ask that you not do any grocery shopping until after you physically have keys to your cottage as we cannot grant access to the home until it is ready for check in.

Q: What time is check out?

A: Check out is at 10AM CST. Any unauthorized late check out is subject to a late check out fee of $100 per hour.

Q: Is there a grocery store in Rosemary Beach?

A:
Currently, there is no grocery store in Rosemary Beach. There are two major grocery stores located less than two miles away.
